Quick panic attack help

Welcome to our 7th episode – Quick panic attack help. This is a slightly shorter episode with a different style of hypnotherapy audio designed to help those experiencing a panic attack now get past the peak of the anxiety, this was requested by a follower on facebook recently.

If you are experiencing a panic attack the hypnotherapy audio part starts at 7 minutes, you can listen to this as many times as you need to help reduce your symptoms. I will be revisiting panic attacks in a few weeks and will go into more detail about how hypnotherapy can help you overcome panic attacks. This is just a quick help for those who are familiar with panic attacks.

Male fertility

Welcome to our 6th podcast – male fertility. In this episode I’ll be talking about the affect stress can have on male fertility and how hypnotherapy can help you conceive naturally. There will also be a free audio at the end of this podcast that you can enjoy, keep and come back to time and time again.

This is the second part of the two part podcast, last week we looked at how stress can affect female fertility. Some of the information will cross over but because biologically and physically we are different there will be a different approach with hypnotherapy.

If you’re trying for a baby you might have been told to not get stressed which is great advice but what does it actually mean? How do you not get stressed? What is stress? Well stress is actually very beneficial to us short term but if this response isn’t turned off it can cause chronic stress. Human’s are very intelligent beings, so intelligent in fact that we have the ability to create psychological stress. This means that just by thinking about something that we find stressful we can turn on the stress response.

Hypnotherapy can be used in many different ways to help improve your fertility, using hypnotherapy to relax deeply on a regular basis has been proven to help to lower stress levels and blood pressure. Reducing your stress levels will help your body function in the feed and breed state which helps you conceive without intervention. Having hypnotherapy techniques you can use on a daily basis to manage daily stresses, along with larger life stresses will keep you in a better hormonal balance which is necessary for optimal fertility.
